My Portfolio
The differences in my portfolio are not related to how I treat people in the various situations in which I meet them or which methods or questioning techniques I use. The difference is in the fundamental purpose of each task.
In Business coaching I am a companion on a journey supporting my clients in finding their own way through their concerns
In Lean Management Workshops I convey the methods that my workshop participants wisht to learn and apply.
In Moderation Plus I steer the participants through a group process helping them to reach their target.
Irrespective of the task, it is in my interest to fulfil the fundamental purpose in all my undertakings in order to achieve a rewarding outcome for all parties.
My Portfolio can be carried out in both English or German.
